How long does delivery take?
It takes us approximately 3-5 days to prepare the order and about 2 days to deliver to a Pargo pickup point.
What if the size does not fit?
If your T-shirt doesn’t fit, you are welcome to return it to us at your own cost. We will ship you a replacement T-shirt in the correct size at no additional cost to you, one time only. After this one-time exchange, any further size exchanges will need to be done in-store. .
What if I am unhappy with the t-shirt?
If you receive the T-Shirt and are not happy with it, you can return it to us for a full 100% refund. Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the T-Shirt.
What if you do not have any T-Shirt designs with my dog breed?
If we don’t currently have T-shirt designs featuring your dog breed, please let us know! We’re always looking to expand our collection based on customer feedback. While we can’t guarantee immediate availability, we value your input and will consider it for future designs. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team to share your request.
